Apostille from the Ministry of Education
of any region of the Russian Federation (45 days)

The Ministry of Education, through its territorial bodies, affixes an apostille to the following types of documents:

• documents of education or qualifications: school certificates of education, diplomas of initial and secondary vocational education, diplomas of higher education, diplomas and certificates of professional retraining and advanced training, documents of postgraduate (including medical) education;
• documents on academic degrees, academic ranks: diplomas of candidates of sciences (Ph.D.), diplomas of doctors of sciences, certificates of associate professors, certificates of professors.

The procedure is extraterritorial in nature, which means that in our Agency you can order an apostille affixed to any educational document issued in the territory of the Russian Federation.

In order to provide such services, our Agency requires a power of attorney for our specialist to submit and receive documents at the territorial authority. You can execute a power of attorney in our notary office on Vosstaniya str., 1 (Vosstaniya str., 6).
